Responsibilities:

Develop and manage project plans, defining scope, goals, timelines, and resources.

Coordinate teams and vendors to meet project milestones and budgets.

Lead and support project teams, ensuring clear roles and productive collaboration.

Build strong stakeholder relationships and communicate project status and risks.

Identify and manage risks, issues, and changes to keep projects on track.

Oversee budgets, allocate resources, and monitor expenditures.

Lead change management for solution adoption.

Improve project processes and stay updated on industry trends.
Required Qualifications:

High school diploma or GED AND nine (9) years of managing multiple IT and business projects.

Associates degree counts as two years of experience.

Bachelor's degree or higher counts as four years of experience.

Two (2) or more years in a lead role collaborating across divisions and organizational levels.

PMP Certification.
-
CSM Certification.
-
2 years' experience with Microsoft Project.
-
1 year's experience with Azure DevOps.
