It Project Manager Solutions Integration Lead Apply
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and experienced IT Project Manager Solutions Integration Lead to support a large-scale Athena EMR implementation initiative. This is a hands-on delivery role focused on managing system integrations, vendor coordination, and technical readiness to ensure a successful go-live.
The ideal candidate will have strong experience in healthcare IT solutioning, Athena EMR implementations, and third-party vendor collaboration.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own and manage the overall timeline, milestones, dependencies, and critical path for solution integration components within the Athena EMR implementation plan.
- Ensure deliverables are completed on time, within scope, and aligned with business and clinical objectives.
- Proactively identify and mitigate risks, issues, and technical constraints, particularly related to integrations and interfacing.
- Lead coordination between project teams, IT resources, clinical leadership, operations teams, and third-party vendors.
- Facilitate vendor-hosted meetings, status updates, working sessions, and executive readouts.
- Drive design and development efforts for system integration projects.
- Participate in technical requirements definition and analysis.
- Oversee vendor coordination and stakeholder communication.
- Escalate risks and issues to senior leadership as needed.
- Ensure successful execution and go-live readiness from a technical perspective.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Strong experience in IT Project Management, specifically within healthcare environments.
- Prior experience with Athena EMR implementation (mandatory).
- Experience in systems integration and interfacing.
- Knowledge of healthcare IT systems including PACS systems, MRI systems, and related integrations.
- Proven experience coordinating with third-party vendors.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Experience managing integration timelines, risks, and technical deliverables.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive problem solver.
