IT Project Manager – The Woodlands – up to $135K base salary

Who you are:

• 5+ years of IT project management experience, including hands-on delivery of multiple system implementations.
• Strong understanding of software implementation workflows: change management requests, CAB approval, UAT, integration testing, report testing, and data movement.
• Highly process-oriented and detail-driven with strong documentation and project rigor.
• Comfortable managing 3–4 concurrent projects across functional teams.
• Excellent communication skills and executive presence.

What you’ll do:

• Lead end-to-end system implementation projects across various business units, ensuring scope, requirements, testing, and release readiness are clearly defined and executed.
• Drive PMO quality assurance by validating documentation, milestone readiness, and toll-gate compliance for internal project teams.
• Manage cross-functional stakeholders, dependencies, risks, and issues while providing concise weekly status updates and executive-level reporting.
• Coordinate UAT, Go/No-Go planning, runbooks, rollback plans, and change control requirements.
• Support continuous improvement of PMO processes, templates, and tools.

What does this position pay?

Compensation is determined by several factors, which may include skillset, experience level, and education.

The expected range for this role is $120,000–$135,000 per year. Please note this range is an estimate and actual pay may vary based on qualifications and experience.
