The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in US staffing, specifically dealing with state and federal clients, as well as direct clients.Key Responsibilities:Sourcing and Recruitment:Identify and source qualified IT candidates for various positions in the US staffing process.Leverage multiple channels, such as job boards, LinkedIn, networking, and referrals, to attract top talent.Conduct phone screenings and interviews to assess the technical skills, experience, and cultural fit of candidates.Full Cycle Recruitment:Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job requirement gathering to candidate submission and interview coordination.Ensure all documentation, such as resumes, interview feedback, and offer letters, are processed efficiently.Experience:2-4 years of experience in IT recruitment, specifically in the US staffing process.Proven experience working with state and federal clients and direct clients within the US staffing industry.
