What will you do?As an IT Recruiter at YorTeam, you are responsible for the candidate side of the recruitment process. You are the one who makes the difference for our professionals: Actively search for and approach IT specialists via LinkedIn, job boards and our internal network.Conduct intake interviews – via phone, online, or face-to-face – and ask the right questions to get to the core quickly.Build strong relationships with candidates and guide them through the application process with our clients.Collaborate closely with our team of account managers to create the perfect match between candidate and client.Keep an eye on IT market trends and know where the talent is.
