You will collaborate with hiring managers to understand requirements and ensure timely closures.Key ResponsibilitiesHandle end-to-end IT recruitment lifecycle.Understand technical job requirements (developers, testers, DevOps, cloud, data, etc.).Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, and referrals.Screen resumes and conduct initial HR/technical interviews.Maintain candidate pipeline and database.Build strong relationships with stakeholders and candidates.Ensure a positive candidate experience.Required Skills & QualificationsBachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.1–5 years of experience in IT recruitment.Strong understanding of technical roles and technologies.Experience using ATS tools.Excellent communication and negotiation skills.Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.Preferred SkillsExperience in bulk hiring / niche hiring.Knowledge of contract staffing / permanent staffing.Familiarity with recruitment metrics and reporting.Experience hiring for skills such as:Java, .NET, PythonReact, AngularAWS, Azure, GCPDevOps, Data Engineering, AI/MLKey CompetenciesStrong sourcing skillsStakeholder managementNegotiation skillsTime managementAttention to detail
