We are seeking an experienced IT Salesforce Release Manager to drive CI/CD processes and manage deployments through Copado. This role acts as the critical liaison between Product Owners and developers, ensuring complete user story implementation, testing, and documentation compliance. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Salesforce CI/CD processes and be confident coaching development teams toward improved release practices. Job Responsibilities: Manage and streamline Salesforce CI/CD processes using Copado. Serve as a bridge between Product Owners and development teams, ensuring clarity and completeness of user stories. Facilitate testing approvals and maintain documentation to meet audit requirements. Provide guidance and coaching to Salesforce developers on CI/CD best practices. Monitor and resolve errors related to deployments and releases. Ensure smooth and secure code/configuration deployment across environments. Required Skills: Expert-level experience with Copado for Salesforce CI/CD. Strong knowledge of CI/CD practices, tools, and governance in Salesforce environments. Ability to lead and coach developers to improve deployment pipelines. Fluent in English (required for global team communication). Experience managing error resolution and deployment issues. Preferred Skills: Basic to intermediate Apex coding knowledge. Familiarity with Lightning Web Components (LWC). Experience in agile environments and working with global teams.
