Job Descriptions:Manage SAP user administration and role authorization following security and segregation‑of‑duties standards.Monitor SAP system health, including performance, availability, capacity, and error logs, and execute preventive actions when necessary.Oversee SAP Transport Management across environments (DEV–QAS–PRD) to ensure smooth and error‑free deployments.Manage SAP certificates (SSL, encryption, trust configuration) to ensure secure system communication.Handle SAP incidents, perform root cause analysis, and restore services according to SLA.Support SAP integration with cloud solutions and monitor stability during and after implementation.Secure SAP APIs connected to internal and external applications.Coordinate with SAP vendors/partners for patches, upgrades, and technical support.Prepare and maintain SAP Basis technical documentation and SOPs.Provide technical support during internal and external audits.Job Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Computer Engineering, or related fields.Minimum 4 years of experience as SAP Basis Administrator / SAP Technical Administrator.Hands-on experience in SAP user & role authorization management.Strong experience in SAP system monitoring, incident handling, and performance troubleshooting.Experience integrating SAP with external systems or cloud platforms.Solid knowledge of SAP Basis administration, kernel management, transport management, SAP security, certificates, and API security.Understanding of OS and database fundamentals related to SAP environments.Good analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.Experience working with SAP RISE (SAP S/4HANA Cloud, Private/Public Edition) is a strong advantage.Preferred Certifications: SAP Basis Administration, SAP System Security/Authorization, SAP Cloud Integration/SAP BTP, ITIL Foundation.Willing to work fully on-site (WFO) at Cyber 2 Tower, Kuningan.
