The IT Security & Infrastructure Manager is responsible for IT Security and Infrastructure related activities.This role is a Manager level position and reports directly to the Chief Information Officer.Specific Duties and Responsibilities include but not limited to : IT SecurityManage and Handle IT Security Incidents.Create and Maintain IT Security Policies.Conduct IT Security Assessments during Application/Vendor Evaluation.Maintain and Monitor Cybersecurity Awareness Training Compliance or any similar mandatory training related to IT Security. Implement IT Security Projects that will help the bank’s compliance with the latest threats andregulatory requirements. Maintain and Manage IT Security Tools (Endpoint Security, IT Asset Management Tool, etc.) Point of Contact for Audit on IT Security related matters. Manage Netbank’s Security Operations Center (SOC). Process and Service IT Security related requests.Supervise IT Security & Infrastructure Engineers on all delegated IT Security tasks.IT InfrastructureManage and Maintain On-Premise Infrastructure (Network Equipments, Servers, etc.) Manage and Maintain Cloud InfrastructureProvisioning of Cloud InfrastructureMaintenance of Cloud InfrastructureMaintain Cloud Security InfrastructureOther related activities by Cloud Engineer and Cloud Security Engineer/Architect Point of Contact for Audit on IT Infrastructure related mattersOthersProvide process improvement inputs related to IT Security and Infrastructure Management.Performance Monitoring on IT Security & Infrastructure Engineers.Other tasks that may be assigned by the Chief Information Officer from time to time.
