This is a full‑time, on‑site role located in Logansport, IN. In this role, you will oversee the daily operations of the IT service desk, provide technical support, coordinate resolutions for reported issues, and ensure exceptional customer service. As the central point of communication for IT‑related matters, you’ll be involved in handling service requests, troubleshooting issues, and facilitating the efficient management of IT resources. Qualifications Experience with Service Desk and Help Desk Support processes for tracking and managing IT‑related incidents and requests. Strong Customer Service skills and the ability to effectively address user concerns and queries. Proficiency in Technical Support and Information Technology problem‑solving, particularly in diagnosing and resolving hardware/software issues. Excellent organizational and communication skills, with attention to detail and the ability to multitask. Self‑motivated with the ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
