About theteam The Practice Management Groupconsists of Operations, Information Technology (IT), Finance,Administration, People Experience and Client Experience. The focus of the IT Servicesteam is to ensure that all employees have the necessary ICTequipment, infrastructure and support to operate efficiently, whileenabling automation and innovation. About therole The IT Service DeliveryManager, is responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficientoperation of IT services by the Service Desk Operations, managingvendor contracts, supplier engagements, and compliance with ITILpractices. This role oversees financial administration for the ITand PMO teams, including budgeting, procurement, and cost tracking,while maintaining accurate asset and configuration records (CMDB).The role will monitor consumption and spending, provideoperational, management, risk and performance reporting, and manageaudits and client technology questionnaires. Additionally, the rolefacilitates the onboarding of new software and solutions, ensuringsecurity and policy compliance to support the organisation’stechnology strategy Keyresponsibilities Lead and manage theday‑to‑day operations of the IT Service Desk, driving serviceimprovements, delivering regular performance reporting, andfulfilling Problem Manager responsibilities. Oversee IT procurement,asset lifecycle management, and maintenance of accurateconfiguration and asset records (CMDB) in line withorganisational policies. Manage IT vendor andsupplier contracts, ensuring compliance with contractualobligations, ITIL practices, and organisationalstandards. Provide financialoversight across IT and PMO functions, including budgeting,procurement approvals, spend tracking, and exceptionanalysis. Monitor IT consumptionand cost trends to identify risks, optimise spend, and supportinformed operational and managementdecision‑making. Coordinate IT complianceactivities, audits, and client technology questionnaires, andsupport the secure onboarding of new software and solutions inline with security and policy requirements.
