IT Service Delivery Manager Job Summary Seeking an experienced IT Service Delivery Manager to lead and enhance a enterprise service management function. This role is pivotal in driving IT service management (ITSM) excellence, improving processes, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality IT services that align with organizational objectives. The ideal candidate will combine hands-on ITSM expertise, strategic leadership, and cross-functional collaboration to deliver exceptional results. Compensation Package Competitive salary commensurate with experience Comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, and vision insurance Generous paid time off and holiday schedule Professional development opportunities Qualifications/Requirements A minimum of 10 years of experience in IT service management, including leadership roles.
