Job Title : IT Service Delivery Manager
Job Type : W2
Experience : 8 - 10 Years
Location : Fort worth,Texas
Responsibilities: .
- 8+ years in IT, 5+ in end-user computing service delivery.
- Experience managing IT teams and projects.
- Strong knowledge of desktop, laptop, mobile devices, and apps.
- ITIL certification preferred.
- Experience with cloud-based EUC solutions (Office 365, Intune, etc.).
- Experience with offshore/onsite models.
- Knowledge of automation tools (PowerShell, Python).
- Familiarity with IT security best practices and ticketing systems
- Oversee end-user computing services (desktop support, app management, infrastructure maintenance).
- Ensure system availability, reliability, and performance.
- Develop and manage SLAs for service quality.
- Lead and mentor IT teams, assign tasks, and monitor performance.
- Manage end-user computing projects (implementations, upgrades, migrations).
- Define project scope, timelines, and resource allocation.
- Manage vendor relationships and contracts, oversee P&L.
- Improve end-user computing processes and cost-efficiency.
- Address user concerns, gather feedback, and ensure service meets expectations.
Qualification:.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
