The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent problem-solving abilities, and a passion for delivering top-notch IT support services. Responsibilities Provide technical support to end-users on hardware, software, and network-related issues. Diagnose and resolve technical problems efficiently and effectively. Install, configure, and maintain IT systems and infrastructure. Perform routine maintenance tasks such as system updates, patches, and backups. Collaborate with other team members to troubleshoot complex issues. Document support activities, solutions, and processes for knowledge sharing. Assist in the implementation of IT projects and initiatives as needed. Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies to continuously improve skills and knowledge. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field preferred. Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT support roles. Strong knowledge of Windows and/or macOS operating systems. Proficiency in troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues. Experience with Active Directory, Office 365, and other enterprise-level tools. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Relevant certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or Microsoft Certified Desktop Support Technician (MCDST) a plus. Benefits Competitive salary commensurate with experience.
