Responsible for managing applications throughout their lifecycle. Plays an important role in the application-related aspects of designing, testing, operating and improving IT services, as well as in developing the skills required to operate the IT organization's applications. Your key responsibilities will include:Maintains the regular performance review process with both the IT Customer and Service Provider which coversResponds to any incidents being raised with regards to managed applications portfolioSupports services review process by providing data & analysis where applicable (complex apps landscape)Monitors delivery of support services as per agreed SLAEnsures compliance, owns and tracks delivery of any required remediation activitiesResponsible for license management of apps portfolio in-scopeRuns / participates in the Regional CAB for Infrastructure / Apps ChangesCoordinates and support troubleshooting What are we looking for?Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Human Resources or related fields.IT Professional with at least 3 years of IT services experiencesCredibility and trust; ideally has earned the respect of IT managers and other business managers at all levelsGood communication skills: oral, written, presentation, facilitationCredibility and trust; ideally has earned the respect of IT managers and other business managers at all levelsAbility to work under pressure, handle stressful situations in a calm manner Relationship management and conflict resolution skillsThe ability to bring together and work with a team of people with varied backgrounds - business analysts, technical experts, process owners to articulate and remedy service level issues Understanding of the organization’s IT applications, services providedGood understanding of the organization’s business and how IT contributes to it Innovative thinking with service quality, and its improvement, within limits of costs and business direction Able to communicate with advance level of Portuguese.What we offer you?We offer a market leading annual performance bonus (subject to eligibility)Our range of benefits varies by country and includes diverse health plans, initiatives for work-life balance, transportation support, and a flexible holiday plan with additional incentivesYour journey with us isn't limited by boundaries; it's propelled by your aspirations.
