SummaryThe ERP Support will manage BAU support with our Managed Service Provider (MSP), support implementations, and ensure ERP systems are optimized, secure, and well-integrated with dnata’s broader application landscape.Duties and Responsibilities· Provide day-to-day support across ERP and related modules (Procurement, FI/CO, Payroll, SuccessFactors).· Proactively manage BAU incidents, requests, and enhancements with MSP partners.· Work with business users to capture requirements and translate them into ERP solutions.· Participate in ERP implementation and upgrade projects, including configuration, testing, and cutover support.· Understand and support ERP customisations, including Z tables, custom fields, and user exits.· Read and interpret ABAP code to support debugging, issue resolution, and change requests.· Understand ERP’s connectivity with other systems in the dnata application landscape.· Ensure integration touchpoints are well-documented and monitored.· Automate business processes through ERP as applicable.· Support audit and compliance requirements related to ERP processes Proactively suggest enhancements to improve system efficiency, user experience, and cost-effectiveness.Requirements· Minimum Diploma in IT or a related field.· Minimum of 5 years of SAP techno-functional experience across SAP ECC, S/4HANA and RISE.· Expertise in one or more key modules (Procurement, MM, FI/CO, Payroll, HR SuccessFactors) with SAP certification preferred.· Proven implementation experience, including automation, integration and ABAP debugging.· Strong communicator, effective in bridging business, technical teams and MSP partners.
