We’re looking for a proactive IT Specialist to own our manufacturing systems and bridge the gap between IT, Accounting, and Operations.The MissionYou’ll be the "brain" behind our ERP, ensuring our manufacturing data, inventory, and financial reporting are seamless. From troubleshooting shop-floor scanners to writing custom SQL reports, you’ll keep our production engine running at peak performance.What You’ll DoAdminister & Optimize: Manage our ERP configuration, security, and upgrades.Support Production: Integrate MES, barcoding, and shop-floor data.Data Mastery: Use SQL to build dashboards and ensure costing/BOM accuracy.Collaborate: Partner with Finance for audits and train users across the company.What You BringExperience: 3+ years supporting ERPs in a manufacturing environment.Tech Stack: Strong SQL skills, MS Office/SharePoint, and general IT infrastructure.Mindset: High attention to detail, self-motivated, and a problem-solver.Education: Degree in IT, CS, or MIS (or equivalent experience).Why Join Us?This is a hands-on role where you can see the direct impact of your work on the factory floor.
