Role Overview We are seeking an onsite skilled IT Specialist with 5+ years of experience to provide support for our website and maintain and optimize our technology systems. The ideal candidate will have hands‑on expertise with NetSuite, NetStock, and Shopify, and will play a key role in ensuring seamless integration, system performance, and user support across platforms. Key Duties and Responsibilities Manage, maintain, and optimize NetSuite ERP, including user roles, workflows, and system configurations Support and administer NetStock for inventory planning, forecasting, and reporting Oversee Shopify store operations, including integrations, apps, and performance optimization Develop and maintain integrations between NetSuite, NetStock, Shopify, and other business systems Troubleshoot system issues and provide timely technical support to internal users Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to improve system efficiency Monitor system performance and implement improvements to enhance scalability and reliability Maintain documentation for systems, processes, and troubleshooting procedures Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance across all platforms Assist in system upgrades, testing, and new feature implementations Other duties as assigned Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field Minimum of 5 years of IT experience, with a focus on business systems support Strong experience with scripting languages and IT automation tools PHP Developer with expertise in PHP, MySQL, and React.js Strong hands‑on experience with NetSuite (ERP administration and customization) NetStock (inventory management and demand planning) Shopify (store management and integrations) Experience with API integrations and middleware tools Proficiency in troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues Solid understanding of databases, data flows, and system architecture Problem‑solving and analytical thinking Strong communication and collaboration skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment Attention to detail and process improvement mindset What We Offer Competitive salary and benefits package.
