Responsibilities

* Provide technical support and training to users.

* Monitoring runtime metrics, application logs, and error reporting services to ensure performance and reliability.

* Plan and implement network security measures.

* Collaborate with team members to design IT solutions that meet business.

Requirements

Proven experience in providing technical support

Strong knowledge of computer networks and systems

Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

Strong Windows 10 experience

Some experience with tools like Rippling and Zapier, or a willingness to learn

Ability to learn new technologies and tools quickly

Quiet workspace away from distractions
