IT Specialist Apply
We are looking for an IT Support Specialist to provide onsite technical support, troubleshoot IT issues, and help maintain day-to-day technology operations. What You’ll Do Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 technical support for hardware, software, mobile devices, and printers. Serve as primary onsite IT contact for employee onboarding and high-priority support needs. Troubleshoot network, system, and infrastructure-related issues. Maintain IT asset inventory and coordinate hardware purchases and replacements. Support cybersecurity initiatives including MFA, password management, and endpoint security. Ensure compliance with corporate IT standards and assist with audits. Document issues and route tickets to appropriate support teams. Qualifications Experience providing hands-on IT support in a corporate environment. Strong troubleshooting skills across hardware, software, and network issues. Knowledge of IT asset management and support processes. Familiarity with cybersecurity best practices and endpoint support. Strong communication and customer service skills. #J-18808-Ljbffr
