IT Specialist We are looking for a temporary IT Specialist . This would be a position until the end of the year. (and possibly into the first of next year in the event there are delays in the project) The pay would be $64,200. This would be a salaried position with straight time pay for anything over 45 hours. This member will work 2nd shift 6:30pm-3:15am Monday-Friday with possibility of Weekday and weekend overtime. We would like to see resumes. We would prefer someone with heavy networking experience. What are the minimum qualifications an employee must have in order to perform the duties of the position? Relevant degree or equivalent education and experience. Desire at least 5 years IT experience in a manufacturing environment. Sound hardware and software technical knowledge. Summarize briefly the major function and purpose of the position. Supports and maintains all plant and facilities information systems to ensure reliable, secure, and efficient operations. This role is responsible for assisting with the management of networking infrastructure, hardware and software support, servers, system security, production and manufacturing systems, inventory control systems, and telecommunications. The position works closely with operations and leadership to ensure technology solutions effectively support business and manufacturing needs. SCOPE OF RESPONSIBILITIES/ACCOUNTABILITY: Perform and oversee IT duties and activities using lean manufacturing principles, continuous improvement practices, and high-quality standards. Provide leadership and hands-on support for manufacturing, inventory, and administrative systems to ensure stable and efficient operations. Assist the IT Manager with planning, coordination, and execution of IT initiatives, including troubleshooting, system improvements, and day-to-day operational support, while helping align technology solutions with business and production needs. #HIGH1 #ZR
