Position Name: IT Specialist- Mid Level
Location Albany, NY (day 1 onsite)
Duration- 27 Months
- 48 months of experience in general computer repair or troubleshooting.
- 24 months of experience in Active Directory configuration, management or troubleshooting.
- Minimum of 36 months of experience troubleshooting or installing PC's in LAN configuration with at least 20 networked devices.
- 12 months of experience working within a secure facility setting.
- 24 months of experience in a position that required travel at least 50% of hours worked.
- 24 months of experience in a position that required direct contact with end users or customers at least 50% of hours worked.
- CompTIA A+ Certification of equivalent
- 12 months of experience developing training programs and documentation or performing face-to-face user training
