• 36 months of experience providing IT support to users.
• 36 months of experience providing implementation support services.
• 18 months of experience providing onsite systems support in a child welfare environment. Child welfare is defined as child protective, foster care / permanency or preventive services.
• 18 months of experience training staff in a child welfare enviornment. Child welfare is defined as child protective, foster care / permanency or preventive services.
• Bachelor's Degree
