Overview We are seeking a skilled IT Support Specialist to join our team. This individual will provide hands-on technical support across hardware, software, and ERP systems . The ideal candidate is a proactive problem solver with experience supporting business-critical applications. Responsibilities Provide on-site IT support for end users, including desktops, laptops, printers, and network issues Troubleshoot and maintain hardware and software systems across departments Support business applications, including Microsoft Access databases and the Fourth Shift ERP system Write and run SQL queries , troubleshoot table relationships, and assist with reporting Assist with user setup, system permissions, and IT onboarding/offboarding Liaise with third-party vendors and consultants as needed Monitor system performance and support IT security practices Contribute to ongoing IT initiatives and system improvements Compensation Pay will be offered based on several factors including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, and certifications.
