IT Specialist (Infrastructure management, hardware/software support, network and security operations) An IT Specialist manages and maintains an organization’s IT systems, ensuring smooth operation of computer systems, networks, and related technologies. Responsibilities include troubleshooting hardware/software issues, managing network infrastructure, implementing security measures, and providing technical support to end-users.
