Job Responsibilities Provide daytoday technical support for employees, including troubleshooting hardware, software, and peripheral issues Prepare, configure, and deploy laptops and equipment for new hires and existing employees Conduct IT onboarding sessions for new employees, covering tools, security practices, and basic workflows Assistusers with account access, permissions, and collaboration tools Create andmaintainIT documentation, quick-reference guides, and basic training materials Maintainaccuratetracking of IT assets, including laptops, peripherals, and equipment throughout their lifecycle.
