Job Responsibilities Provide daytoday technical support for employees, including troubleshooting hardware, software, and peripheral issues Prepare, configure, and deploy laptops and equipment for new hires and existing employees Conduct IT onboarding sessions for new employees, covering tools, security practices, and basic workflows Assistusers with account access, permissions, and collaboration tools Create andmaintainIT documentation, quick-reference guides, and basic training materials Maintainaccuratetracking of IT assets, including laptops, peripherals, and equipment throughout their lifecycle. Participate in IT team meetings andhelpestablishIT processes and standards Technical and Operational Project Work Job Requirements Strong working knowledge of Windows 11 Experience with Microsoft 365 Administration (including Office, Exchange, Teams, SharePoint, Defender, Entra and Azure), Active Directory, and Print/File Sharing Hands-on experience with laptop setup and user onboarding Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and customer service skills Ability towork on-sitein Rockland, MA Preferred Working knowledge of SQL, data modeling, and data visualization concepts Exposure to managing or supporting network infrastructure through platforms such as the Cisco Meraki Dashboard Exposure to scripting languages (such as PowerShell, Python, C, or similar) Education & Experience Requirements B.S in Computer Science,Information Technology,orManagement Information Systems orrelated technical fieldpreferred 3+ years of experience intheITfield Buckley Associates is an Equal Opportunity Employer offering a generous package of benefits including Medical, Dental, Vision and Life insurance, 401K with match, Profit Sharing and Paid Time Off.
