This role requires a motivated individual who can build and maintain strong relationships with clients, identify staffing needs, and deliver customized staffing solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in client acquisition, recruitment strategies, and a deep understanding of staffing industry trends.

• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and achieve targets.

Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office Suite.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in IT staffing, ERP hiring, or niche skill staffing is a plus.
• Familiarity with industry-specific staffing tools and platforms.
