Title: PC Refresh Technician (Contract) We are seeking 2 contractors to support a short-term PC refresh and deployment project involving approximately 300 devices. This role will focus on setting up new hardware, upgrading existing machines from Windows 10 to Windows 11, and deploying devices to end users. Key Responsibilities Configure and deploy new laptops/desktops Perform Windows 10 to Windows 11 upgrades Install and configure required software and applications Follow provided deployment instructions and processes Provide basic end-user support during device rollout Requirements Experience with PC deployments, imaging, or refresh projects Familiarity with Windows 10/11 environments Experience with tools like SCCM, Intune, or similar is a plus Strong attention to detail and ability to follow documentation Compensation and Benefits Determining compensation for this role (and others) at Vaco/Highspring depends upon a wide array of factors including but not limited to the individual’s skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, office location and other geographic considerations, as well as other business and organizational needs.
