Help Desk And Audio-Visual Vte SupportEPS Corporation is seeking a Help Desk and Audio-Visual VTC Support specialist to provide technical support for AFCENT networks, client systems, and Audio-Visual/Video Teleconferencing (AV/VTC) systems at Shaw Air Force Base. The candidate will ensure seamless IT operations, troubleshoot issues, and maintain VTC equipment.Key Responsibilities:Provide Communications Focal Point (CFP) Help Desk support to end users.Identify, research, and resolve technical problems for AFCENT network users.Respond to support requests via phone, email, and in person; manage trouble tickets.Track and document issues to ensure timely resolution and reporting.Support tier-one IT operations, including service interruptions and inspections.Manage user and administrator accounts for workstations and servers.Perform AV/VTC system maintenance, documentation, and upgrades.Test and build platforms for multi-site VTC connections.Maintain a Master Schedule and conduct daily equipment checks.Conduct site surveys and recommend AV/VTC system solutions.Maintain and repair AV systems, monitors, projectors, and VTC components.Develop and submit a Help Desk and AV/VTC Monthly Status Report.Requirements: 3 years of experience in Help Desk Support Security+ Certification Required U.S. Citizenship & Active Top-Secret Clearance with SCI Eligibility Required Experience in IT help desk support, troubleshooting, and account management Knowledge of AV/VTC systems, configuration, and maintenance Strong documentation, reporting, and problem-solving skills Ability to support inspections, upgrades, and system continuity
