IT Support /Helpdesk Analyst Level 1 Apply
Overview IT Support Analyst Level 1 We are working with a well established industrial manufacturer in Richards, Minnesotathat is expanding its IT function. The team is adding junior helpdesk professionals to support employees across the organization. Duration: 2 Months, possibly with extension Contract (W2, weekly paid) M-F, 8-5 Required Skills & Experience Experience in Level 1 or junior IT support or helpdesk role Hands on troubleshooting across Windows devices and common office technology Familiarity with Active Directory user management Ability to connect and troubleshoot printers and conferencing equipment Experience using an IT ticketing or service management system Strong communication and customer service mindset Self-motivated and dependable work style Ability to perform light-to-medium physical duties like lifting a printer or moving monitors. Desired Skills & Experience Degree in information technology or related field is helpful but not required ITIL knowledge is a plus What You Will Be Doing Provide front line technical support to employees in a fast-paced manufacturing environment Respond to helpdesk requests involving hardware software access and connectivity Set up and deploy desktop and laptop computers for new and existing staff Configure user accounts passwords and basic security access Connect and troubleshoot network printers and peripheral devices Document issues resolutions and escalations in a ticketing system Support Microsoft 365 applications and common business tools Use remote support tools to assist users across the organization Collaborate with a small IT team and gain exposure to infrastructure projects Opportunity to grow into higher level support and systems responsibilities #J-18808-Ljbffr
