ORGANIZATIONAL SKILLS ARE A MUST – being able to prioritize tickets and support needs as well as inventory organization. Pay: $26/hour up to $30/hour IT Analyst Responsibilities Troubleshoot PC hardware and software problems; software installations and upgrades Log all requests in ticketing system Provide accurate and thorough solutions to end user interactions; escalate or transfer incidents as needed Provide information to end users regarding the status of their incidents or requests Qualifications Bachelor's degree or experience will be considered over education Strong troubleshooting experience Organizational skills are a must – being able to prioritize tickets and support needs Ticket management; ticket status and prioritizing them are a must in this role!
