System Admin experience working in Linux environment (reducing file sizes, running sudo commands, etc.). Call center experience. Knowledge of network infrastructure and SAN. Experience with analytical tools using visual and correlation analysis is a plus. Contributing to a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence.
