IT Support Consultant Apply
An IT Support job in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania is available courtesy of Akkodis. In this position you will be responsible for front line support of users of desktops, networks and IT resources; resolve resolution of escalated issues; and ensure that established processes and procedures are followed. Experience troubleshooting MacOS, Windows and some Linux needed. This is an onsite position.

IT Support Responsibilities:
Receive support requests, working to resolve hardware and software inquiries
Manage network printers and devices
Hardware and software installation and diagnosis
Some scripting knowledge with PowerShell or Python
Requirements:
Bachelors Degree required
Minimum of 3 years in a support position
Powershell Scripting or experience with other scripting language preferred
Ability to pick up computer equipment and crawl under or behind desks

Pay Details: $24.00 to $28.00 per hour
