This role is responsible for providing L1 tasks with administering network and server environments, supporting ERP systems, maintaining cybersecurity controls, and delivering high-level technical support to end users. The ideal candidate is analytical, proactive, and comfortable working across hardware, software, and network systems. Key Responsibilities Configure, deploy, and maintain desktop, laptop, and peripheral hardware. Monitor system performance and network activity. Troubleshoot and resolve entry level hardware, software, and connectivity issues. Provide advanced support for JD Edwards ERP and DSI systems in conjunction with their support team. Implement and maintain network security measures, including antivirus and access controls. Coordinate with vendors and external partners for escalations and system improvements. Develop documentation, procedures, and technical training materials. Qualifications High school diploma required, Associate’s degree or higher in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field preferred. Demonstrated experience supporting Windows environments and enterprise applications. Working general knowledge of networking concepts (VPNs, firewalls, switches, wifi). Experience with ERP support preferred. Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced operational environment. Valid driver’s license required. Ideal Candidate Self-motivated and capable of working independently. Comfortable supporting both infrastructure and end users.
