IT Support Engineer Apply
We are looking for a hands-on IT Support Engineer (R2) to join Marel in Boxmeer. In this role, you will provide first-line and partial second-line IT support to internal employees, ensuring users are quickly restored to a fully operational state, ideally within one hour.You will be responsible for all workplace technology, including workstations, mobile devices, VOIP phones, and related systems. This role also owns the workstation imaging process and plays a key part in IT asset management.What You’ll DoResolve incidents and service requests via TopdeskDeploy and configure workstations using SCCM (including updates)Install and support desktop applications (Microsoft Office Suite)Manage IT assets and maintain accurate deployment recordsConfigure and support iPhones, iPads, and Android devicesProvide second-line support (printers, basic Active Directory changes, user account management)Transfer user data between devicesMaintain and update Service Desk documentationParticipate in dispatcher rotation and consignment shiftsEnsure customer satisfaction before closing ticketsWhat You BringMBO ICT / Associate Degree or 2+ years of relevant experienceKnowledge of PC hardware, software & network troubleshootingExperience with TopdeskFamiliar with ITIL processes (Incident, Problem, Change Management)Experience with Windows 7/8/10Experience with iOS & Android devicesStrong customer-focused mindsetProactive, disciplined, and solution-orientedPreferred: MCSE, A+, Network+ or equivalent certification.Interested or know someone who might be a good fit?Feel free to reach out or send me a direct message.
