We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented IT Support Engineer to join our team. This role involves working closely with our Coordinator to support daily IT operations, troubleshoot technical issues, and ensure our systems, networks, and IT equipment run smoothly. Additionally, you'll provide remote support to our other offices and users. This hands-on position is ideal for professionals who excel in fast-paced environments and are committed to delivering top-notch technical support.


The position is permanent, full-time and based in Miami, Florida.



Main Responsibilities:

  • Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve hardware, software, and network issues promptly
  • Install, configure, and support desktop computers, printers, and servers
  • Manage and assist with Microsoft 365, Azure, Entra ID, Active Directory, and virtual systems
  • Maintain accurate records of IT assets, support tickets, and resolutions
  • Support onboarding and offboarding processes for employee IT equipment and access management
  • Provide user training and guidance on technology best practices
  • Assist with network infrastructure design, maintenance, and system upgrades
  • Collaborate closely with IT Coordinator to ensure seamless IT service delivery

Key Skills:

  • Proficient with hardware, software, and network troubleshooting
  • Experience with Microsoft 365, Azure, Entra ID, Active Directory, and virtual environments
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective user support
  • Ability to configure, install, and maintain PCs, printers, and servers
  • Detail-oriented with excellent documentation and organizational skills
  • Team player capable of working independently as needed

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in IT support or related technical roles
  • Solid understanding of computer systems, networking, hardware, and software
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and customer service orientation
  • Effective communication and teamwork abilities
