It Support Specialist

Focus areas

  • Field / multi-site onsite support (GA travel)
  • Device provisioning & lifecycle (we may bring more in-house from MSP)
  • MDM (rollout + compliance)
  • Tier 2 escalation point (not frontline helpdesk)
  • Vendor/MSP coordination & escalation procedures
  • Support of IT equipment and end users at HQ2 as needed

Required

  • 2–5 years in desktop/endpoint support, field IT support, or similar
  • Hands-on troubleshooting with Windows endpoints and common peripherals
  • Comfortable traveling between facilities and working independently onsite
  • Strong documentation habits (tickets, notes, repeatable checklists)

Preferred

  • Experience with MDM/Intune (enrollment, compliance, policies)
  • Experience building/using provisioning checklists and standard configurations
  • Vendor/MSP coordination experience and escalation management
  • Healthcare or multi-site environment experience (SNF / post-acute a plus)
