Title: IT Support Specialist
Duration: 12 Months
Location: Onsite at Washington, DC
This position requires U.S. Citizens only to meet the DoD requirements.
About the Role:
The IT Support Specialist will provide comprehensive help desk and technical support to OTA staff located both in Washington, DC and worldwide. Responsibilities will include hardware, software, and network support, cybersecurity compliance, remote troubleshooting, IT asset management, and M365 administration.
The IT Support Specialist will provide comprehensive help desk and technical support to OTA staff located both in Washington, DC and worldwide. Responsibilities will include hardware, software, and network support, cybersecurity compliance, remote troubleshooting, IT asset management, and M365 administration.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide hardware, software, and network support for global staff
- Ensure cybersecurity and FISMA compliance (e.g., cyber hygiene scans, DLP)
- Deliver IT service support, including device setup, patching, and troubleshooting
- Manage M365 tools: Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive
- Provide remote support via tools such as Remote Desktop, Zoom, MS Teams
- Support IT inventory, maintenance, and equipment replacement
Required Qualifications:
- In-depth knowledge of M365 hybrid environments, Entra ID, SSO, and MFA
- Strong Windows troubleshooting and device support skills
- Proficiency in M365 administration (Exchange, Teams, SharePoint, etc.)
- Experience with Adobe, Power BI, Power Automate, Visio, Planner, Project
- Experience with laptop/mobile device setup and support
- Familiarity with cloud security best practices
- Minimum 7 years of IT support experience
- Bachelor's degree in IT or related field; certifications such as CompTIA, Microsoft, or ITIL preferred
