IT Support Specialist Apply
We are looking for a highly skilled, service-oriented IT Support Specialist to join our global IT team. In this role, you will be the go-to expert for technical support, ensuring smooth operations and an exceptional end-user experience across multiple regions.You will diagnose and resolve technical issues, configure and install software, and provide clear, effective assistance across various platforms and devices. This position requires strong problem-solving skills, technical expertise, and a collaborative mindset.What You Will Do:End-User Support:Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 support for remote employees.Troubleshoot issues with laptops, desktops, VPN, Microsoft 365, and mobile devices.Handle onboarding/offboarding tasks.Manage support tickets and participate in on-call rotation.Infrastructure & Cloud Support:Assist with Windows Server, Active Directory, and basic network services.Perform administrative tasks in AWS (EC2, IAM, S3).Collaborate with System Administrators for cloud troubleshooting.System Monitoring & Documentation:Conduct system health checks and software updates.Maintain internal documentation.Respond to alerts and resolve issues proactively.Team Communication:Coordinate with the IT team.Participate in daily standups and cross-time zone communication.Provide technical guidance to non-technical users.What You Will Bring:Excellent communication skills in English (verbal and written).Degree or diploma in IT or related field.IT certifications (CompTIA A+/Network+, AWS Cloud Practitioner, Microsoft 365 Fundamentals).3+ years of IT support experience.Strong knowledge of Windows OS and Microsoft 365.Experience with Linux is an asset.Proficiency with remote support tools and basic networking.Familiarity with AWS services.Excellent problem-solving and communication skills in English.Experience in remote or international support environments.
