Help Desk/IT Support Technician The A.C. Coy Company is currently hiring for a help desk/IT support technician. Location: Onsite- West of Pittsburgh, PA Job Type: Contract Work Authorization: U.S. Citizen or Green Card Responsibilities Troubleshoot tickets Work closely with the escalation team and project managers to resolve tickets Must be detail oriented Qualifications Minimum Requirements: Associates degree in business, MIS or IT preferred; HS diploma with equivalent experience required 2-3 years' experience as a help desk/IT support technician Demonstrated experience in client support and direct client communications Ability to establish and maintain positive customer service Excellent time management and organizational skills Strong written and verbal communication abilities Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
