Position OverviewWe are seeking three contract technicians to support a large-scale Windows 11 rollout and IGEL device replacement project within a healthcare environment. This engagement will focus on upgrading workstations, replacing legacy devices, and providing end-user support to ensure a smooth transition.The contract is expected to run April through September and will play a key role in ensuring devices are properly deployed, configured, and supported across the organization.Key ResponsibilitiesAssist with Windows 11 deployment and workstation imagingPerform hardware replacements and workstation setupProvide hands-on support to end users during device transitionsTroubleshoot basic hardware, OS, and deployment issuesEnsure devices are properly configured according to organizational standardsDocument device replacements and deployment activitiesWork closely with IT teams to ensure smooth rollout across departmentsRequired QualificationsExperience supporting Windows 11 deploymentsExperience with device imaging and workstation setupExperience performing hardware replacements and upgradesStrong end-user support and troubleshooting skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced deployment environmentPreferred QualificationsExperience supporting healthcare or large enterprise environmentsPrevious experience with large-scale device rollouts or refresh projectsAdditional DetailsContract Length: April – SeptemberNumber of Openings: 3 ContractorsEnvironment: Healthcare
