What you'll do as an IT Support Technician:
  • Install and troubleshoot workstation operating systems, printers, and all components.
  • Provide clients with phone technical support and onsite help when necessary.
  • Maintain effective communication between Tier 1 Service Managers, account teams, and clients through the ticketing system by updating tickets in real time regarding time, status, and next steps (Real-time ticketing).
  • Meet or exceed service goals set for respective department including but not limited to SLO responses/resolutions, CSAT responses, and ticket closures.
  • Making the customer your top priority at all times, you will provide exceptional service according to technical requests.
  • Escalate customer support to the necessary leadership as needed.
What skills you'll need:
  • You must complete and maintain a current A+ and a Security+ certification within 120 days of your start date.
  • Ideally, you have at least 1 year of information technology experience.
  • You also have excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • The ability to work well in a fast-paced environment is required.
Working Conditions
This position involves mostly office work and occasional travel for training and team meetings.
Some after-business hours will be required, as well as the use of a personal vehicle for job-related travel with mileage reimbursement.

Our compensation range is dependent on a wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs.
At Integris FID, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range in their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case.
A reasonable estimate of the current range is $42,000-$48,000 annually.
