Full-time Role
We are seeking a skilled IT System Administrator to join our team in Bay City, Texas. This role is ideal for a proactive and detail-oriented professional with expertise in Active Directory, system security hardening, and enterprise IT management. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience implementing security frameworks such as DoD STIGs, NIST 800-53, and NIST 800-171, ensuring compliance and robust cybersecurity posture.
Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and maintain Active Directory infrastructure, including user authentication, group policies, and domain services.
  • Implement and enforce security hardening standards, aligning with DoD STIGs, NIST 800-53, and NIST 800-171 recommendations.
  • Oversee Remote Access Management solutions, ensuring secure and efficient connectivity for remote users.
  • Deploy, configure, and manage SCCM (System Center Configuration Manager) or similar tools for software deployment and system updates.
  • Monitor and analyze security event logs, identifying and responding to potential threats.
  • Configure and manage Network Access Controls (NAC) to regulate device connectivity and enforce security policies.
  • Maintain and optimize Access Control Lists (ACLs) to ensure proper user permissions and system integrity.
