To support and maintain Clearview’s enterprise server and infrastructure environment, assisting in ensuring high availability, reliability, security, and system integrity. The Systems Administrator I will perform routine administration, monitoring, maintenance, and troubleshooting activities under the guidance of senior team members while developing technical expertise across core infrastructure platforms. Working Hours Monday–Friday, 8:30am – 5:00pm, based on operational needs. On-site presence expected for the first 4–6 weeks, followed by a transition to a hybrid schedule. Minimum Qualifications Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience. One to three years of experience in Windows Systems Administration or related IT infrastructure role. Foundational knowledge of Microsoft Windows Server operating systems. Basic understanding of Active Directory administration concepts. Exposure to Microsoft Exchange administration concepts preferred. Familiarity with virtualization technologies (VMware, Hyper‑V, or similar). Basic knowledge of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP). Understanding of IT security fundamentals and best practices. Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Monitor and respond to assigned tickets within the IT work queue. Perform routine server administration tasks, including user account management, permissions updates, and system configuration changes. Assist in maintaining Active Directory, Group Policy, and related services following established standards and best practices. Support Microsoft Exchange environment administration and user support. Assist with enterprise backup solution monitoring and validation of successful backup jobs. Perform software installations, updates, and patch management for servers and supported infrastructure systems. Participate in scheduled maintenance activities and preventative maintenance procedures. Assist with hardware deployments, upgrades, and decommissioning processes. Monitor system performance and elevate issues as needed. Maintain accurate technical documentation for systems, procedures, and configurations. Participate in infrastructure projects as assigned. Provide support for financial center infrastructure as needed; occasional travel may be required. Participate in on‑call rotation after appropriate training. Attend required training and meetings to enhance technical knowledge and skills. Perform other duties as assigned. Clearview values diversity in its workforce.
