Job Description :
- We are seeking a Senior Developer with proven expertise in Microsoft Power Platform's suites of tools to lead the design and development of custom, low-code business applications, automated workflows, and data visualizations.
- This role provides technical leadership, establishes standards working together with our Solution Architect, Quality Engineers and other developers, and collaborates with business users to deliver scalable, secure and high-quality solutions.
- Lead design and development of custom applications using Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Dataverse
- Partner with architects and engineering teams to define solution architecture, data models, and integration patterns
- Establish standards, and best practices in the adoption and usage of Power Platform.
- Partner with stakeholders to define requirements and solution approach
- Ensure compliance with security, DLP policies, and SOX controls
- Design integrations with APIs, GraphQL, SQL Server, Azure services, and .NET applications
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship
- Identify opportunities for automation and process improvement
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 7+ years of application development or systems analysis experience
- 5+ years of hands-on development experience using Power Platform tools
- Proven expertise with Power Apps, Power Automate, and Dataverse
- Experience designing client solutions and integrations
- Strong requirements gathering and solution design skills
- Experience with REST APIs, GraphQL, web services, and SQL Server
- Experience with Azure DevOps
- Experience with Power BI, Power Pages, and advanced Dataverse design
- Working knowledge of .NET Core, Web APIs, and modern front-end frameworks (React and Angular)
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban)
- Experience mentoring or leading team members
- Working knowledge of UiPath or other RPA tools
