PIPESTONE is looking for an in-office IT Tech I to support our growing organization. Strong preference for candidates living within Pipestone city limits.

What You’ll Do:

• Respond to IT help requests
• Maintain laptops, desktops & mobile devices
• Install hardware (computers, phones, printers, access points)
• Use remote tools for troubleshooting
• Create users in Active Directory, Azure AD & Exchange
• Install/configure PC hardware & software

What We’re Looking For:

• Knowledge of Windows systems & basic networking
• Strong troubleshooting & communication skills
• Help desk experience a plus
• IT certifications (CompTIA A+, Microsoft) preferred
• Degree is a plus but not required
