Spicer Group is seeking an IT Technician to join our Information Technology Group. This position requires physical presence and serves as the first level of support. The IT Technician will play a vital role in maintaining the functionality, security, and efficiency of our IT systems and infrastructure. As the first point of contact for technical support, you will assist employees with hardware, software, and network-related issues, ensuring minimal downtime and optimal performance. Responsibilities include installing and configuring computer systems, diagnosing technical problems, and supporting system upgrades and IT asset management. You will also contribute to the implementation of new technologies and help maintain documentation and compliance standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent problem-solving skills, and a customer-service mindset.
