Extensive experience in providing IV&V user services, specifically in the secondary mortgage market and federal government sector Experience in supporting and directing user acceptance testing efforts Must have past IV&V experience with large scale modernization efforts within private sector (Freddie Mac, Fannie Mae, CSS), and public sector (FHA, VA, PIH and RD) Experience with IVV execution must show 100% success rate (No critical / highs/ medium high defects or rollbacks of implemented products/applications) Significant experience with industry-standard and best practices regarding quality, quality assurance and quality control principles and techniques Knowledge of Infrastructure Operations, including expertise in Cloud services, cloud operations, cloud migration and public, private, hybrid cloud types Experience with PeopleSoft and Salesforce applications Experience with and business understanding of the Ginnie Mae Mortgage-Backed Securities Guide 5500.3, Rev.1 (MBS Guide) and related processes Experience in portfolio program management and project management Experience in integrating and implementing Six Sigma principles with quality assurance and IV&V services Education
