Position Summary:

  • Problem solver who is excited by new challenges and the ability to drive new solutions to address the needs of the business
  • Our client is looking for a Contact Center Development Engineer to solve problems, pioneer new enhancements, and drive solutions to help attain organizational goals across our contact centers through our Contact Center Telephony system(s), Ring Central and Nice CXone.
  • In this role, you will partner with the contact centers across the organization to identify opportunities & propose new ways of achieving success through technology enhancements.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and support Contact Center applications in RingCentral and/or NICE CXone Contact Center Platforms
  • Makes recommendations and design IVR applications that create a positive customer experience

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years' experience with Contact Center Telephony systems
  • Experience with RingCentral/CXone and Script Studio
  • Experience developing Interactive Voice Response Systems (IVRs)
  • Ability to work independently, effectively manage time, prioritize tasks, and work within deadlines with minimal supervision
  • Strategic thinking in developing a consistent user experience for our external customers
  • Proven ability to work in a team/collaborative environment to achieve overall team objectives
  • Creative problem solving and a results-oriented mindset

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with CYARA IVR Testing tool
  • Familiarity using a version control system (preferably Git and GitHub)
  • 2+ years' experience working in an Agile environment
  • General knowledge of Salesforce
  • Experience working in the insurance or financial services industries
