Location - On-Site/Hybrid - Tristate New Jersey, New York, Connecticut

Type: Contract/Full Time Role

Responsibilities -

• Design and development of Genesys pure engage
• Genesys cloud-based IVR Call flow, routing application development
• Experience in various contact center platforms and Java-based applications
• Engage in the end-to-end requirement gathering process with the client for design sign-off.
• Design and develop IVR flows in Genesys Cloud Architect.
• Develop architect applications and integrate them with third-party solutions.
• Develop, design, and integrate third-party APIs with Genesys products
• has context menu.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in IVR Design and Development (Genesys) and Custom Application Development
• Genesys Certified Developer
• Genesys Certified Specialist
• Genesys Certified Professional
• AWS Cloud Practitioner
